Move over MTV! There's a new sherriff in town. Or in this case, a new blackbelt.
Blackbelt TV steps in the ring with California based fight league, PureCombat as part of the network's commitment to find and broadcast the best regional fight leagues from all over the country. Blackbelt TV's goal is to find the best talent and promoters who consistently deliver great fights with some of the best up and coming fighters.
PureCombat was formed in California in 2006 under the direction of Al Joslin, Shelly Matlock and Rodney Partridge as a way to build fighters who will ultimately feed into larger leagues. Finding unique talent and putting together great match-ups is a focus for the Pure Combat team.
Blackbelt TV is hosted by former Playboy Playmate Brittany Binger and let's face it, what guy wouldn't want to be caught in her guard? The programming includes everything from classic Kung Fu and Mortal Combat: The Movie to boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and martial arts news.
In addition to being a great talent source, PureCombat also supports our troops with benefit fights on military bases all over America. The first event this year took place at Camp Pendleton on May 7th. Blackbelt TV was there and will broadcast the event in late June.
