Kettlebells For Warriors

The York Barbell Company, the CrossFit Journal, Dragon Door, and Fitness Anywhere have joined forces with Russian Kettlebell Certified instructor Michael A. Krivka to raise awareness and funds for the Wounded Warrior Project through the 1st Annual Kettlebells for Warriors (KFW) events.
 
The Los Angeles, California event consists of a six (06) hour Russian Kettlebell Workshop where participants will learn the fundamental skills and techniques to safely and effectively use this powerful fitness tool. Workshop attendees will receive a full day of professional Kettlebell training with 100% of the profits going directly to the Wounded Warrior Project to fund unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of America's wounded warriors.
 
In addition to the Russian Kettlebell workshop there will be a day filled with demonstrations, games, contests, and fun! We will be having demonstrations throughout the day (CrossFit, TRX, Indian Clubs, Whip, Filipino martial arts, BJJ, and more). In addition we will have representatives from all of our Armed Forces, face painting, magicians, balloon animals, food and refreshments, as well as health and fitness vendors, and a raffle benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project to win thousands of dollars in products and services from our national, local and regional sponsors.
