17 fights on deck for CPWC 8 this Sat. in York

Some changes this week as we gear up for another hard-hitting Central Pennsylvania Warrior Challenge this saturday at the Toyota Arena at the York Fairgrounds in York. The main event of Jay Haas vs. Noe Quintanilla was scratched when Jay suffered a concussion recently. It looked like Noe wouldn't have a fight, but promoter Mark Jovich slotted in Tim Troxell, so that's a great addition to the card.
 
Next, in a match that was supposed to replace the Haas-Quintanilla fight as the main event, Hanover Academy of MMA's Ryan Harder was scheduled to make his pro debut against North Carolina's Matthew Tran. Now Harder has a new opponent, Preston Marks, who has some history with the boys from Hanover. Marks happens to be a teammate of Tran's and, at CPWC 2 in July 2009, he fought Harder's teammate - Jay Haas - to a no-contest.
 
As far as other fights, we have what promises to be a slug-fest between Tom Anderton and Steve Dobisesky, the a rematch between Eric Steppe and Adam Dull. So, if you haven't already, get your tickets, you don't want to miss this event!
